Abstract

Asset Processing Performance is an effort to achieve work results in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on timeliness, quality of work, initiative, ability and responsibility, and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. From the initial survey, it was found that Asset Processing Performance is still not as expected, therefore, Asset Processing Performance is important to study. This study aims to determine how the performance of Buddhist Religious Organization Asset Management is influenced by Work Commitment and Work Commitment. The results of the study show that 1) there is an effect of work commitment on the performance of asset management of Buddhist religious organizations in Buddhist organizations. Buddhist Religious Organizations are 44.5%, which means that the two variables go hand in hand, the more conducive the Work Commitment, the better the level of Asset Management Performance. 2) there is an influence of Organizational Culture of Buddhist Religious Organization Asset Management on Asset Management Performance in Buddhist Religious Organization of Buddhist Organization by 43.8%, meaning that Organizational Culture can affect Asset Management Performance activity in Buddhist Organization. Buddhist Organizations to achieve maximum Buddhist Organizational Asset Management performance. 3) There is a joint influence of Work Commitment and Organizational Culture on Asset Management Performance in Buddhist Organizations. Buddhist Religious Organizations are 70.3%, the two variables of Work Commitment and Organizational Culture of Buddhist Religious Organization Asset Management go hand in hand with performance, which means that the better the Work Commitment and Organizational Culture, the higher the performance of the Buddhist Organization's Asset Management. This finding shows that Asset Management Performance can be improved through Work Commitment and Organizational Culture, either individually or jointly.
